I passed the 70-305 exam on Friday!!

26. March 2005

Wahoo! Another Microsoft exam nailed to the wall. On Friday I passed the Developing and Implementing Web Applications with Microsoft Visual Basic .NET and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET (70-305) exam.

I now have only one exam to pass in order to get my MCSD with .NET, the Analyzing Requirements and Defining Microsoft .NET Solution Architectures (70-300).

[Note: “Why do you say your an MCSD if you don't have your MCSD yet?“, you may ask. Well to clarify that, I have MCSD with VS6 and I am currently working on upgrading it to the MCSD with the .NET Framework]

I passed my 70-305 a month ago with 900 score , but there is no recognition in the market i found, i was not having job before the MCP & again i have the same status after MCP-no calls for job . I did'nt even recvd my welcome kit from http://Microsoft.com" target="_blank">Microsoft .

in my openion it is waste of time & money when you are not getting any job out of it -no compnay relises -"oh you are microsoft certify".I decided to complete my MCSD but with this bad experiance i'm drooping my idea.

Nice score!

You have to go onto the MCP Secure site and verify they have your correct address and basically "tell" them to send you the Welcome Kit. They don't just send it automatically anymore. If you read your MCP info you will find this out.

No just because your certified doesn't mean you'll get a job, you still need to prove you know the stuff by say having job experience.
